Pretty salty but what I need. They can strip the lining of my mouth and give me heartburn but sorts everything else out. Definitely salty!

Really great electrolyte drink. I drink one sachet in the morning to help with my POTS. It's the only electrolyte drink I've been able to stomach. I really like the citric taste. Means it's not too sweet. It helps a lot with my dizziness and I really notice the difference when I don't have it.

I need to take electrolytes for POTS management. All of the other brands I’ve tried have either had way too much sugar content or nowhere near enough sodium. Or both! SALTD electrolytes fit my needs precisely. Compared with other brands (of which I’d need to consume up to 25 sachets to reach 1 SALTD equivalent) these are premium. They’ve made my POTS management significantly easier. These citrus sachets are tasty without all the unnecessary sugars and fillers. Try them - they don’t disappoint.

As someone who has to take a lot of sodium every day I sometimes find some brands of electrolytes have flavours that are too strong but this was nicely balanced and refreshing. Great to get a product with a such a high amount of sodium!

Love these,found it really easy to drink before getting out of bed in the morning,I have dysautanomia and tried various electrolytes but this is my favourite with the higher salt content and without unnecessary vitamins.
I only need one a day usually however if I’m on a late shift I have 2 as I have a standing up job.

I love this product so much! I use it as a rescue product for migraines and POTs and it really helps in terms of reducing symptoms or if i catch it early and drink the electrolytes it can sometimes stop a flare all together
