Dispatch Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 working days from dispatch.

A parcel is not considered lost until 21 working days have passed since dispatch. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us at support@livesaltd.com.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination, but please allow up to 30 working days for delivery.

A parcel is considered lost only after 30 working days have passed since dispatch.

Customs Fees & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

To avoid delays or extra charges, please ensure these are paid promptly once requested by your local customs authority.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, any associated return shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

Returned to Sender Policy

Orders returned to SALTD Hydration Ltd due to any of the following:

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
• Failure to collect from the delivery office or pickup point
• Unpaid customs fees

are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and deliverable. SALTD Hydration Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information.
