Dispatch Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Orders

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24, depending on the service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days from dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days from dispatch

A parcel is not considered lost until 21 working days have passed since dispatch. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us at support@livesaltd.com.

Returned to Sender Policy

Orders returned to SALTD Hydration Ltd due to any of the following:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
Failure to collect from the delivery office or pickup point

are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and deliverable. SALTD Hydration Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information.
