Returns & Refund Policy — SALTD Hydration Ltd
We want you to be happy with your SALTD order. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable products (including hydration powders or sachets) once they have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@livesaltd.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after confirmation.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is on our side.
- If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will refund the product cost minus shipping and handling fees once the parcel has been received back by us.
Lost or Missing Orders
- UK parcels are not considered “lost” until 21 working days after dispatch.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, please contact us at support@livesaltd.com and we’ll help with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at support@livesaltd.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once any applicable refund has been processed.
